Welcome to Alma'h Gardeners Village

Greening urban spaces
with reused plastic

Many people believe you cannot grow food in the city. We show them that you can. We turn plastic bottles, kaveera and cement sacks into seedling pots and household food gardens, so families can grow food even where space is small.

Over 120 women and youth collect plastic for us and earn an income, paid per kilo.

Our Plastic Story
Growing carefully, step by step

A nursery rooted
in Kasangati

Our nursery raises fruit trees, herbs, spices, vegetables and indigenous tree seedlings. We also offer soil testing, household and backyard food garden setups, landscaping and garden care.

Our goal is to reach a nursery capacity of 85,000 seedlings by 2030. We are working towards that goal step by step.
